Dana Holloway began his litigation career in 1988 after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He spent the next 25 years litigating and trying jury and non-jury personal injury and commercial cases across the State of Tennessee.  After serving 16 consecutive years as assistant managing member of a large multistate law firm, and after conducting hundreds of mediations as a neutral, Holloway founded Holloway Law and Mediation Center, PLLC.  Holloway's philosophy is to provide a non-adversarial evaluative mediation process that allows clients to identify, assess and manage litigation risk and avoid the pitfalls of a risk based judicial system.

Dana Holloway has mediated hundreds of large and small loss liability cases, commercial cases and complex construction cases, with a success rate of over 90%. Let us put our experience to work for you.
